Adelaide Strikers are set to welcome the most successful team in Big Bash’s history Perth Scorchers in the 10th match of the Big Bash League 2019-20 on Monday.
Adelaide Strikers would consider themselves lucky after their game against Sydney Thunder was called off due to rain. The Strikers, who put 161 runs on the scoreboard, had conceded 41 runs in just 4.2 overs. They would be keen to register their first win of the season in front of the home fans.

Cameron Bancroft and skipper Mitchell Marsh both played fifty plus innings while Liam Livingstone provided a quick start, scoring 29 runs in 19 balls. They will hope to continue such form.
The Scorchers will hope for better performances from all-rounder Ashton Agar and Cameron Green, expecting some runs at the latter stage of their innings. The duo returned to pavilion cheaply, scoring 2 and 3 runs respectively.
Fawad Ahmed proved to be the key bowler against the Renegades. He picked 2 wickets and gave just 22 runs while the team conceded 185 runs. Jhye Richardson will hope to bounce back after conceding 41 in his 4 overs against Melbourne Renegades.
